TCA partnered companies Mitchell Consulting Group to form Thompson-Mitchell Consulting. Our joint venture performs economic impact analysis of supplier diversity programs. We help our clients use this analysis to advocate for their supplier diversity programs.
Ron Thompson, the owner and Principal Consultant of TCA, has 20 years of combined experience as an Economist and Commercial Real Estate Research Director. Before establishing TCA, Mr. Thompson worked as a Senior Regional Economist at IHS Markit, where he headed consulting projects for the Federal Highway Administration, NYS Senate Finance Committee, and the National Urban League. Mr. Thompson has also worked as Director of Market Research for office and industrial REIT, Liberty Property Trust. At Liberty Property Trust, Mr. Thompson led the company’s market research effort, helping Vice Presidents and senior executives navigate and anticipate market conditions using a variety of analysis techniques. Mr. Thompson’s academic work includes a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Nazareth College of Rochester and a Master’s in Economics from Binghamton University. He also continued his studies, completing all coursework and 3 comprehensive exams for a Ph.D. in Economics at Binghamton University.
